Bonavista Downs Housing Market

Development in Bonavista Downs first began in 1973, with the majority of properties being single-family homes that were built on spacious lots. These were designed with the feel of the generation they were built in, which is why so many residents today have begun renovating their properties to be more modern.

However, the homes themselves are not the main attraction in the area. Instead, home buyers pref to own real estate in Bonavista Downs because it’s quaint, safe, quiet, and friendly. In fact, there are only around 400 homes in this modest community, which only adds to the charm and at any given time only a selected few homes to go up for sale.

Bonavista Downs was created to be a family-friendly neighbourhood where families could enjoy living in a small-town environment that’s not too far from the city. It still has this reputation today, with families to boast about how safe they feel living among locals who enjoy the tight-knit relationship as much as they do.

Most residents occupy single-family dwellings with two floors and three bedrooms, making the properties easy to grow with. The grounds outside the homes only make the community more beautiful with added colour and curb appeal.
