Kingsland Real Estate Information

The southwest community of Kingsland has been impressing home buyers since it was first annexed to the city in 1956. One of the biggest highlights is the location, as it's bounded by Heritage Drive to the south, Glenmore Trail to the north, Elbow Drive to the west, and Macleod Trail to the east.

As the community was being developed it became apparent that these roadways could make commuting a lot easier, so alleys and streets were blocked in order to provide easier access to them. This convenience is complemented by the stunning beauty all around, with natural recreation areas such as Heritage Park and the Glenmore Reservoir easily seen from most properties.
