Good Luck Selling This One!

A few days ago I was asked to provide a home evaluation for this condo located in Bowness, Calgary. I am not sure what the tenant is doing, but apparently, she’s been living there for close to 10 years paying top rent and never been late.

When I looked around, I could not even find the bed from the clutter. I guess this job will require a bit more than just a few depersonalizing and decluttering here and there.

The landlord lives in out of town and when I asked him on the telephone if he wanted me to e-mail these photos to him he was very firm to tell me that he rather not see it.

It was like when a survivor of a deceased person refuses to see the dead body because they want to maintain a better image in their memory. Ouch...
