Panorama Hills Community Information

Panorama Hills is beautifully situated in the northwest quadrant of Calgary. A new community, it was only recently established in 1997. As part of the communities that make up the northern edge of the city, Panorama Hills offers homeowners stunning views along with many amenities for everyday convenience. This is part of the reason why Panorama Hills has been popular since it opened for residents in 1999, growing steadily every year. As of 2012, the population had increased to over 22,000 with nearly 7,400 dwellings in total.

The real estate in this neighbourhood has been designed to impress. Residents enjoy properties that have been built by some of the best buildings in the area, including Excel Homes and Cardel Homes. With Genstar Development Company responsible for community development, the neighbourhood has come together beautifully. The dwellings are mostly single-family homes with classic exteriors and modern amenities, although there are some townhomes and low-rise condos in the mix as well.

Designed to offer residents comfortable living in one of the most beautiful parts of the city, it's easy to see why buyers are attracted to this community. Home prices start at around $400,000, although can increase considerably for new builds. More affordable condos or townhomes can be found starting at $200,000. While there are homes steadily on the market due to the fact that Panorama Hills is relatively new, those who would like a new build home should act fast because the last phase of development is coming to an end.
