Schools that are designated for Sage Hill include Cambrian Heights, Georges P. Vanier School, James Fowler, St. Bede, St. Margaret, Notre Dame, Calgary Waldorf School, and Webber Academy.

When it comes to hospitals and healthcare, Alberta Children's Hospital and Foothills Medical Centre are roughly 20 minutes to the south. However, Symons Valley First Care is also in close proximity and is located on Hidden Creek Drive NW.

For residents who need health care for their animals, there are many veterinary clinics just minutes away. This includes Edgemont Veterinary Clinic, Centre Street Veterinary Clinic, and Crowfoot Veterinary Clinic.
