This marks the official opening of Legacy Phase 1, opening the Legacy real estate market with 7,000 units of single family homes and multi-family residences, including a number of townhouses in Legacy.

Phase 1 features lots of 302 houses, varying in size and style, comprising of semi-detached and semi-estate. These houses have garages at the front for two cars.

Most homes in Legacy are very affordable, and families looking for a little more space will not be disappointed. There are prime lots on Phase 1 that have mountain views and offers access to great amenities, including schools, ponds, and much open green spaces. Some lots offer excellent accessibility to an escarpment area as well.

Some lots were sold and others put on hold, which was very interesting. Goldale says it was a great and exciting day for them. Visitors were genuinely interested, and many positive comments came in.

Lifestyle Homes now take the positions that were formally held by Greenboro Homes in the Keystone Series. The general manager of Lifestyle Homes, Ryan Armstrong even commented that Legacy makes a lot of sense as a name. He further said that those interested in Legacy real estate will have no need to move out of the community; they can have a multi-generational kind of living, starting with the condos in Legacy, then moving up to a starter home, and securing their way up to the most affluent property.

Homes here offer great views of the mountains, says Armstrong.
