Upon entering this community it's easy to see the homes here have a lot to offer investors. Most of these were only recently built in the 2000's, meaning the overall look of them is clean and updated.

Making these properties even better is the fact that most have large lot sizes that accommodate spacious lawns and backyards. Most also have beautiful views of the city and mountains due to the hillside location of the community as a whole.

Adding to the charm of Cougar Ridge is the area of Paskapoo Slopes. In 1997 an archaeological inventory and assessment were done here due to the history of the land itself. This only adds to the uniqueness of the neighbourhood as a whole, especially for anyone who wants to live in an area that had a long history before it ever began.
