Kingsland in South Calgary

The southwest community of Kingsland has been impressing home buyers since it was first annexed to the city in 1956. One of the biggest highlights is the location, as it's bounded by Heritage Drive to the south, Glenmore Trail to the north, Elbow Drive to the west, and Macleod Trail to the east. Heritage park in particular is just a quick 8 minute drive away and is a great place for stunning views of the Glenmore Reservoir or spending a day at the Historical Village. Calgary Golf & Country Club is another nearby treasure for enthusiasts of the sport, as is Golf Canada Calgary Centre. The parks and playgrounds in the community itself complement these major recreation spots perfectly.

The community association of Kingsland is a large driving force in the strong feel of community residents have here, as it regularly hosts recreational activities for neighbours to meet each other.
